Covid-19: important information for candidates
To ensure we can run our November admissions tests safely across the world, adhering to local social distancing guidelines, we have moved some of our tests to a different date.
Some tests will run on the previously scheduled date of 4 November and others will run on the new date of 5 November. Candidates should register with their centre in the usual way.
Please visit the Cambridge pre-interview assessment dates and costs page for full details.
Please note: we reserve the right to make changes to these dates.
*If the registration deadline falls on a public or national holiday, please be aware there is no extension to the registration period. Therefore, you must ensure your centre registers you for the test in good time.
Reminder: the 15 October deadline is the last date for centres to register you for the test, so you will need to register with a centre well before then. Centres may set their own deadline in advance for accepting registrations, so please make sure you speak to them as early as possible.
**For international centres the scheduled start times will vary, depending upon where they are in the world.
There is a registration fee to take BMAT, see BMAT dates and costs for details.
You don’t need to pay a registration fee for any of the other Cambridge pre-interview assessments.
However, if registering via an authorised centre, you may need to pay an administration fee – speak directly with the centre to confirm costs. It’s always best to check with your school/college first if they can administer the assessment for you to avoid this cost.
